'X' and 'XN' Profile Nipples
Northwest Machine Works, Inc. 'XN' NOGO Profile Nipples are designed for use in single nipple installations or as the bottom nipple in conjunction with a series of 'X' Profile Nipples. The profile nipples have the packing bore I.D. for a particular tubing size and weight. 'X' and 'XN' Profile Nipples are designed for use with standard weight tubing. The 'N' desgination is for NOGO nipples.
The features and benefits include an internal seal bore, full opening packing bore with locking recess at the top of the nipple and restricted NOGO profile at the bottom, designed to keep subsurface slow controls from being run below the tubing intake.
