Cross plugs are typically deployed as tubing mounted devices intended to blank-off the end of the tubing during running or intervention. The plug is intended for short term use.
Steel Plug (4140 Q&T)
Manufactured for standard seat nipple dimensions; single o-ring seal. Standard length 1-1/4".
Aluminum Plug (6061-T6)
Manufactured for standard seat nipple dimensions or tubing dimensions; double o-ring seal; designed to be run on the bottom of tubing string only
